The website is great!! It was so good to talk to you all last night. You are doing awesome work at camp and I am one of the ones who really appreciates all the hard work you do with the horses. I will be sure to pass along this website to others also. May the Lord bless your hard work and dedication to Him both at camp and in your family!!

It's after midnight & we were just browsing your site. We really enjoyed the pics & actually learned a couple of things we did not know & even had a couple of laughs. Very interesting. Keep up the good work! Oh yeah, where's Samson?

Marybeth,
You have more creative ability than I.

The person who said they could get from Florida to Kentucky in 5 hours must have not worried about getting a ticket. They must not of had to take potty breaks either.

It fun to listen to your singing. Best of luck with your endeavor. At least you have a web site.

Take care
Your Brother

Mary Beth,

I have enjoyed reading your blog and browsing through your website. It is exciting to think of all the lives the Lord has touched and will continue to minister to through your work.

Your book was a hit with the child I gave it to...I am keeping the other one :-)

Keep us updated on the new property.

Much love and prayers....

What a great website! I noticed the link in your February edition of "Stable Notes" and remembered I hadn't yet visited. So I did. I especially enjoyed your post about hay. This site is a nice connection to home. Keep it coming!

Mrs. Marybeth Brace,

Thank you, and your husband, for coming up to MI for the missionary expo that the First Baptist Church in Big Rapids put on! It was very nice to meet you and to learn about the work that you do. I will be continuing to pray for you and your work in the schools and at the camp.

God Bless,
Jessica Long (college student - pharmacy)

I was looking up the area of Norge a reporter on this site is in, and somehow found your site. We are a family with grown and small children of Boulder, Colorado, and our son, Mikael, 24, a Norsk citizen (who went from third grade to high school here), just finished 5 years of service to YWAM, Ireland, married, retired to finish his BA degree, and now is at Queen's University, Belfast. FYI, there is a great retreat center now owned by YWAM just across the border into No. Ireland should you ever wish to take a break or do a retreat somewhere besides Norge. Ships connect Ireland and Norge. But, it is the heart that counts, wherever the Lord sends his children.

Mikael grew and changed so much through the YWAM commitment, and mission journeys, starting as the campus Maintenance guy, and then later teaching DTS. Their website is nakedicame.com {after the phrase of Job FYI). We encourage your daughter in her commitment and pursuit! She will be enlarged! Relax, particpate, and enjoy! Last we checked they were seeking future staff in Ireland.

Life must be lived and curiosity kept alive. One must never, for whatever reason, turn his back on life.

    My Childhood:

*I grew up on a 295 acre farm.
*Pa grew crops like corn, oats, wheat, and hay.
*There were all kinds of farm animals...cows, pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, rabbits, ducks, horses, and once we had a donkey.
*I had five brothers growing up.  I still hear from my brothers, but Bruce is in heaven.  He was my next oldest.
*I helped mom around the house, but liked to help on the farm too.
*I was part of the 4-H horse group  until I graduated from High School
*Church was three miles away. Our family was faithful going to church every Sunday.
